Psychotherapy
I draw from several therapeutic modalities including Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Psychodynamic Therapy, Narrative Therapy, Interpersonal Therapy, and skills from Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT); I utilize the Biopsychosocialspiritual Lens when treating my clients that struggle with chemical dependency/addiction.
Trauma Informed Yoga
In 2017 I completed a 200 hour teacher training program with Johns Creek Yoga; I am a Yoga Alliance Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT200). Additionally, I hold multiple certificates in Trauma-Informed Yoga -- this is proving to be highly beneficial for my clients with Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) and those I treat at an Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) for mental health & substance abuse.
